I already have an iPhone 3G, can I connect to the Orange Network?
You will be able to connect to Orange Network only of your iPhone is fully unlocked
I am already an Orange customer (prepaid, postpaid, BlackBerry). How do I do to subscribe to iPhone 3G package?
Change your mobile package and device by subscribing to the new Orange iPhone 3G package. You will then be billed as per Orange iPhone 3G tariff plans.
The service will also be available on Prepay Orange and Standard Post Pay SIM
Can I keep my existing postpaid number when subscribing to an iPhone 3G?
Yes.
Will the iPhone 3G handset be locked to the Orange Mobile Network?
Yes. The iPhone 3G will be locked to the Orange Mobile Network.
Can I make iPhone 3G handset payments on a month to month contract?
In fact, the Orange iPhone 3G packages have been designed in such a way that you will have to pay a once-off fee at the beginning of your contract representing part payment for the iPhone 3G handset and the remaining balance will be amortised in your monthly rental along with your communication fees.

No. iPhone and BlackBerry are two distinct offers as such you will have two different postpaid numbers.
I am a prepaid customer. How do I ensure that I don't miss any calls if I move to the Orange IPhone 3G packages?
Temporarily, you can do a Call Forwarding to your new iPhone postpaid number through the following steps:
Go to your Phone settings -> Call Divert/Forward -> Voice Call -> All Voice Calls -> Activate -> To other number (input your new postpaid number)
Note: You will be billed for that, hence ensure that all your contacts are informed of your new postpaid number by, for instance, sending an SMS to all your contacts (through "Send one to many" options)
I am a prepaid customer. How do I migrate my contacts to the iPhone?
Copy all your contacts to your prepaid SIM card. Insert your prepaid SIM in the iPhone, import your contact on the iPhone and then swap to your postpaid SIM.
How do I create my iTunes account?
Please note that you will have to create a US account by doing so you will have to skip entering credit card details. Here are the simple steps to follow:
