Tensions have been raised following several incidents in recent

Gibraltarian police boats and Spanish fishermen and Guardia Civil
In the most serious incident on May 23 a Gibraltar police boat
collided with a Spanish Guardia Civil boat that had come to the
Spanish King Juan Carlos will visit the headquarters of the
