The boyfriend of late singer Amy Winehouse is set to be charged
with rape, the Crown Prosecution Service said Thursday.
Traviss, a 35-year-old film director, was dating Winehouse when
the singer died at her home in London last July.
He was arrested in April over the allegation of rape reported in
Rebecca Mundy, lawyer in the CPS London Rape and Serious Sexual
Offences Unit, said in a statement: "I have authorised the
Metropolitan Police to charge Reginald Traviss with two counts of
