Your Voice Mail will take any calls for you, for you to pick up when it's convenient.You'll just need to activate it as the service is free on both our Prepay and Post Pay phones. What's even more, you do not pay when you retrieve your Voice Mail messages

  • send or forward messages to other Orange phones
  • listen to your messages from any Orange mobile by dialing 123 or from any landline by dialing 2505000 - you'll need to set up your PIN first

When choosing a PIN number make sure it is memorable but not too obvious - avoid numbers like 1111, 1234 or your date of birth. Avoid writing your PIN number down, or sharing it with anyone else. To set up your PIN, just call your Voice Mail and follow the prompts.

To deposit a message in someone's Voice Mail will cost you Rs1/min. Retrieving messages is free.

how do I deposit a Voice Mail without calling?

Compose 125[number you are calling], press Call and deposit your Voice Mail



how do I know that there's a message in my mailbox?

When a voice mail is deposited, an SMS will alert you. Just dial 123 to retrieve your message, it doesn't cost anything.
