12 what is Conference Calling?
This service allows you to communicate with more than two persons at the same time from your mobile. A maximum of 6 persons are allowed to communicate with one another at the same time.

13.7 What is Customer ID?
Customer ID is an access code that will allow access to all accounts for a given customer, used mainly by SMEs, Corporates & Ministries
13.8 Where will I find my Customer ID?
This code is confidential and due to security reasons, we'll need an official letter from you to provide it. Please contact your Account representative if you are a business customer. Otherwise, go to an Orange shop with your ID card to get it.
13.9 Do I have to pay a fee for registering to this service?
No, registering to Orange Self Care is free of charge
13.10 Can I register using my mobile number?
No, you will need your Account ID to register.

No. To access the new Orange Self Care, you will need to register again.

14.27 Is the Orange Menu free of charge?
There are no subscription fees for accessing the Orange Menu. The dynamic menu is updated free of charge on your SIM. However, charges apply only when services on the menu are used.
Standard SMS rates will apply for services accessed using SMS and, in the same way, standard Mobile Internet rates apply when accessing websites.
14.28 Why is my Orange Menu different from my friend's Orange Menu?
Menus in the Orange Menu depend on the type of mobile phone used. E.g. a BlackBerry phone will contain a submenu for specifying BlackBerry bundles
14.29 What's Rush SMS?
Rush SMS allows you to politely inform the calling party that you cannot pick up the call by sending a pre-configured SMS.
14.30 How does Rush SMS work?
When you hang up, a selection menu of 4 ready to be sent SMS appears. Click on any SMS to inform the calling party of your unavailability.
14.31 What's the cost of Rush SMS?
Standard SMS charges apply for each SMS sent via the selection menu - Rs 0.60 per SMS for prepay & Rs 0.50 per SMS for Post Pay
14.32 Why does a 'Send an SMS' window appear each time I reject a call?
This is because Rush SMS has been activated on your SIM card. Select the 'exit' option to return to your main window. Rush SMS is by default activated on new SIM cards.
14.33 How to deactivate Rush SMS on my SIM card?
On the Orange Menu, select 'Rush SMS', followed by 'Deactivate'.
14.34 How to edit the 4 pre-configured Rush SMS?
On the Orange Menu, select 'Rush SMS', followed by 'Manage SMS'. Click on 'Edit SMS' to change the pre-configured messages.
14.35 How to manage Rush SMS in French language?
On the Orange Menu, select 'Rush SMS', followed by 'Other languages'. Click on 'French' to translate the pre-configured SMS in French.

Rush SMS might not be compatible with your mobile handset. Consult above list to know if Rush SMS works on your mobile phone. If it is not compatible, deactivate the service.
Corrective actions to be taken on some mobile phones for the Rush SMS service:
iPhone 2G: If when you hang up, the selection menu does not appear properly, this might be due to external applications installed on the iPhone 2G phone.
Nokia N80: Upon selection of a pre-configured SMS, a confirmation message appears before the SMS may be sent. This can be fixed by disabling a security setting in the phone menu.
SAMSUNG WM (6.1) SGH-i900: Exit the Rush SMS menu correctly through the windows mobile menu, else, the service will fail next time it is used.
