What is Mobile Internet?

Mobile internet lets you enjoy internet on your Orange mobile (Prepay or Postpay). Your phone needs to be EDGE, 3G or 3G+.

How to activate Mobile Internet on your Orange Prepay mobile?

Follow these few simple steps:

Step 1: activate WAP on your mobile phone by sending to 8224 the SMS:

wap [space] [phone brand and model]

e.g. for a Nokia N70, send: wap nokian70

Step 2: activate data on your SIM by sending internet to 8684

Step 3: to buy the internet package that you want:

Send "buy int20mb" to 8684 to buy 20MB
Send "buy int50mb" to 8684 to buy 50MB
Send "buy int150mb" to 8684 to buy 150MB

Step 4: open your mobile browser and surf

How to activate Mobile Internet on your Orange Post Pay mobile?

To subscribe, visit your nearest Orange shop, fill in an application form and your request will be processed. You can also call 8900 for more details

Choose the Internet package that suits your needs

If you are an existing Orange Prepay customer:

Features of a Mobile Internet Prepay package:

• Your package is valid 30 days from the date of buying
• You can purchase as many packages as you wish as often as you wish as long as you have enough credit
• You can purchase different packages (for e.g buy 20MB and then 50MB and then again 20MB)
• To check your remaining balance, send SMS "query" to 8684 (SMS is charged at usual rate 60 cents)
• When you exceed yor package, you will be charged at PAYG (Pay As You Go) rate - Rs12/MB, given that you have enough credit

Features of a Mobile Internet Post Pay package:

• Volume included valid for 1 month
• Volume included is not carried over to next month if unused
• Any excess over and above volume included is charged at excess rate
• To check your remaining balance, send SMS "conso" to 8444 (applicable only for following Post Pay packages: Post Pay Refresh, iPhone and Internet Everywhere)
